Okay, so I have to get alot better at remembering to blog....but Geez, the time just flies! Kids sure do keep you busy!
Well, where to start...
Swimming lessons have finally came to an end (for June anyways!), and the boys did well. Payton willl move to level 2 while Isaiah loved his instructor so much that he will stay in level 1 (ya, right). He's a little more timid when it comes to the water...but that is okay...takes everything with caution!
School has been very hectic for both boys. Isaiah graduated from Kindergarten (yes, kindergarten) last week and will now be in school full time come Fall. He has had some field days, as well has been able to go swimming with his class at the pool. Payton will be heading to the Museum for a picnic tomorrow and then finish the year off with a trip to Greenwater Provincial Park for a day full of fun!
Summer Holidays before we know it! Woohoo!!! Payton and Isaiah are both looking very forward to having both of their cousins, Ireland and Tieran here to visit with us! Should be a blast!
Yesterday was Father's Day....a day to celebrate the wonderful man that both the boys and I have in our lives. And that we did. We let Dad sleep in....to all of 9 am!!! Better than 6 honey! In the morning we decided to take a car ride to the cemetary to place some flowers on our angels grave and to enjoy the sounds of the birds chirping and the leaves blowing in the wind while we sat just the 4 of us to remember. That precious little girl would have been so proud to have the same man we call daddy in our lives, in her's as well...I know she was wishing her daddy a Happy Fathers Day from up above...we could feel it - Thank you Josie! After lunch, the boys decided to challenge daddy to game of Tennis....I'm afraid to ask who won! The three of them just love tennis...and mom...well I hear about the whole game, play by play, for about 4 hours after, so no need for me to watch! We took a trip to Melfort for supper and then enjoyed a nummy ice cream cone after! On our way home, we took the "scenic route" and decided to stop along the way for some long overdue family photo's. Finally after 3 1/2 years, we got a few!!! That was our Father's Day...we hope everyone had a good day and wish all of the dad's out there a very Happy Father's Day!
P.S - On a side note...We ask for your continued prayers and thoughts as our one year anniversary is nearing since we lost our sweet baby girl! :-(
Hugs,
From all of us!
